Zion Central Middle School had another opportunity in November to work with Arbor Management's “Cooking with Arbor” series. A select group of students from sixth, seventh, and eighth grades spent Tuesday afternoon learning to cook a Southwest Sweet Potato and Black Bean Skillet and discussed the nutritional value of the meal. Samples were available for the ZCMS student body to try the following day.
